Do you need an express delivery from Qamis?

My Qamis Homme offers Express delivery with its partner Chronopost 13. At the price of €17.50, this fast delivery allows you to receive your qamis the next morning before 1 p.m. with Chronopost

Your package is delivered the next day before 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except public holidays for all orders made the day before before 11 a.m. (Unless the order was made on a weekend, the package can only be dropped off on Monday and received on Tuesday)


Example :

  • I order Monday at 9:30 a.m. receive _ my package Tuesday before 1 p.m.
  • I order Monday at 11:30 a.m. receive _ my package Wednesday before 1 p.m.
  • I order Thursday at 9:30 a.m. I receive my package Friday before 1 p.m.
  • I order Thursday at 11:30 a.m. I receive _ my package Monday before 1 p.m.
  • I order Friday at 9:30 a.m. I receive my package on Monday before 1 p.m.
  • I order Friday at 11:30 a.m. I receive my package on Tuesday before 1 p.m.

1) Time to prepare your order for standard delivery or Mondial Relay

In general, orders are processed the same day or the day after the order.

The period can be extended up to 72 hours in the event of a shortage of stock or in the event of a busy period.

2) DELIVERY time of your order

Delivery in metropolitan France:

Colissimo standard delivery 2 to 3 working days

Except for Corsica where the deadlines can be extended.

Mondial Relay 3 to 6 working days

Your relay point must be selected after validation of your order.

Delivery to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain:

Colissimo standard delivery 2 to 6 working days

Mondial Relay 3 to 8 working days

Your relay point is to be selected after the validation of your order.

NO MODIFICATION OF ADDRESS, ARTICLES OR OTHERS WILL BE POSSIBLE after your validation of your payment, thank you to check your information entered.

My Qamis Homme is not responsible for disappearances of parcels after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package has been declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this case.

For relay point deliveries, the package must be opened and checked before signing.

After the validation by signature of the customer no complaint will be possible.
