Return policy
You can apply for a exchange or refund within 15 days following delivery.
Exchange
- Fill in the form by telling us the item you want to exchange and the size you want instead
- We send you the new article
- We will send you the return label when you have paid the 5.90 € (return shipping costs for the package)
To summarize: We cover the cost of sending the new item and you cover (5.90€) the shipping costs for the item you no longer want.
Once the exchange has been made, it is no longer possible to request a new exchange or refund.
Please note that for other countries outside France, shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund request
If you wish to make a return, the return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund which amounts to €5.90.
- Fill in the form by telling us if you want a refund or credit
- The return label will be sent to you within 24 hours.
- The items will be carefully examined and you will be refunded as soon as the check-up has been validated.
- Once the package is received, it will be thoroughly examined and you will be refunded if the item is in resalable condition.
Tip: Take advantage of free return shipping by requesting a refund in the form of a credit note.

Important points
- The shipping costs paid are never refundable and a deduction of €5 will be made if you had benefited from free delivery and you return the entire order.
- Refused or Unclaimed Packages : Packages refused or returned due to exceeding the processing time will be reshipped once the shipping costs have been paid again.
- Only one return/exchange is possible per order.
- Condition of the Items:Due to numerous abuses, items that do not have their original packaging or are worn, damaged, washed, not folded as originally cannot unfortunately be refunded. (If in an unsaleable condition)
Items returned in this condition will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
