How do I know if my order has been processed?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Check junk mail.

If you still have not received confirmation by email, please contact us by email with the order number or the products ordered and the date.

As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email.

Can I return my order?

Yes, My Qamis Homme accepts returns if the item does not suit you.

You have a time limit of 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product to us.

Nevertheless, My Qamis Homme reserves the right to refuse the return of the customer if the returned product is not in its original condition. (New, unworn, unretouched, undamaged, in their entirety, with all of their accessories, and in their original packaging)

Return costs are your responsibility.


If all conditions are met, you will be refunded the full amount of the product ( except shipping costs ) within 30 days of the request.

For orders that have benefited from free shipping, a deduction of €5 will be deducted from the amount of the order.

How to make the return?

If you wish to return the package to us, please contact us by email, specifying:


- Your order number

- The items you wish to return

- The reason for the return

We will respond to you within 48 hours and instructions will be sent to you.

Do you accept exchanges?

No Unfortunately. If you wish to make an exchange, simply return the product to us for a credit note or a refund and then order the product you are interested in.

If you wish to exchange your product as soon as possible, we advise you not to wait for the reimbursement of your article but to order the new article first and at the same time request the reimbursement of the article which does not suit you.

Do you do hand-delivery?

No, unfortunately, it is only possible to order via our e-shop.
